I have this 24" bass drum I am trying to sell it's a legit ludwig from the 1970s serial number 1827943. It is a 6ply drum and is in really great condition.
However, I do not have hoops nor do I have tension rods and claws for this. I do have the tom holder, all of the lugs, and both spurs.

I have a snare that would match this drum very sweetly, what is your zip code so I might estimate shipping? A guy can dream, right? Perhaps you are closer than I think. Also, what shape are the existing lugs? Not looking for perfect, just an accurate description of condition. Thank You.

There is no rust at all, only some minor pitting on a few of the lugs.
