Forget the exact name of the lug, but I found a photo on the VDG that shows what I need. I'm looking for one of these, I have seven and need the obvious eighth to complete the snare. I have a bunch of lugs, so I can always do a trade.

These are the Pearl "President" lugs. Could have sworn I had one lying around. I'll let you know if I find it.

So these are Presidents. I thought so, but when I think president lugs, another set comes to mind. Thank you though! I may have one coming from another member as well, but if you happen to have a spare I'm sure I'll need it down the road.
