I have a question about a 1967 Ludwig drums. I would know what kind of maple the shells are made of. These are the sizes and serial numbers: 22"x 17" kick (serial # 478560); 13" x 10" ride tom (serial # 481290); 16" x 17" floor tom (serial # 501286). And, are these sizes right for these serial numbers? Can you help me? Thanks a lot

The serial numbers do not give any indication of the drum size. Since the badges were just pulled out of a box and put on the drums.
Your serial numbers are close enough to be a factory matched set. With vintage drums anything is a possibility.
As always a picture is the best way to determine the most information about your drums.
Other then that I think I answered the question.
