1957/58 Rogers Holiday project

Hello, started removing glue from an older Rogers Holiday kit.

Started with the snare.

Was amazed how nice the shell was naturally.

Cleaned it up , lightly sanded because I was thinking of wrapping in period correct wrap but kind of like how it looks natural,

What do you think. Just put back what was originally on the snare when I got it.

Just hit it with some lemon oil and wanted to know what you think.

The next pieces that I will be doing is the Tom (12) Bass (20) and then the Floor (16).
