1936 Ludwig Silver Anniversary edition

Loading...

Hi there.

I have a 1936 Ludwig Silver Anniversary edition snare drum. It is in complete original condition, with all original parts. It was passed down for years through 3 generations. Its a great drum, in wonderful condition for its age. It has zero rust or damage. I'm open to offers. Let me know if you have any questions and if you need any more information. Its a great, valuable drum, and I would love to get it to someone who would love it. Not a lot of these around.

hi econley beautiful drum. is it a single ply shell or 3?

in the last year i purchased 3 new ludwig snare drums. after all the

crap they made in the 70's i swore that never again. played a exotic

with 9 ply keller shell and drum is amazing! best drummers in nyc beg to use it! then a 5x14 black beauty and6.5x14 as well. the other nite i watched matt wilson one of the all time jazz great play his craviotto 2500.00 brass

6.5x14 drum. he played mine at the end of the set the 6.5 x14 and

and believe me the craviotto had nothing on the lud. the crack on

the lud just killed it and i got a deal brand new for 500 with evans

thrown in. this drum and the rest are making money as rentals.

i not just bragging but just because you pay 2500 doesn't make

great. it just makes it 2500. getting back to your drum how are

the bearing edges? is it in round? do you have a paypal account?

tell me what you want you want for it. i don't lowball folks its

unmannerly and kills the possibility of making a new friend

if the sale is smooth. made a lot of nice deals in the last few years

and great friends as well. it has to be fair to both people.

thanks brian. ps who would of thought ludwig would be making

drums again that can compete with sonor craviotto and yamaha?

not me but never say never!
