I picked these up in 2007 and asked some questions about them here on the forum back then. Well... I haven't done anything with them since then, so I thought I'd see if there was interest to pass them on.
The snare is a 1938 Ludwig (stamped 3809 inside), and the ride tom is also a Ludwig. The bass drum is actually a Leedy Spartan model (28"), but all the drums are finished in the rare abalone pearl wrap. These were supposedly used by a gentleman in local dance bands in the late 30's/early 40's, so I imagine these were put together as a kit (thus having all the same wrap). The wrap looks to be all original and untampered. Everything remains as found when I got them. I suspect the rims on the snare are not original, but these are what came with it.
I do have the muffler and trap rail mount for the bass drum, but took them off for pictures (and to avoid them damaging the bass).
These are located in Minnesota, and it would be best if someone could look at them/purchase in person.
I may consider separating them, but thought I'd see if there was interest in them as a set first.
[Update 2/6/2011: The drums are sold. Thanks, everyone.]
