1920s Ludwig NOB Snare hoop flange clips

Hi Friends: A buddy of mine just picked up a 1920s Ludwig Universal NOB snare. Missing original heads & 3 of the brass hoop flange clips are broken. Other then that it's in real nice shape. He is thinking of reso & was wondering if after market flange clips are available. Thank you for your help!
