I scored this one off eBay. It an 18" trans stamp weighing 1169 gms. It's very crash-able, and also makes a good crash-ride. It does take much force to get a full crash out of it. In the demo below I did the crashes with just the bead of the stick, except at the end I used a soft mallet .

This cymbal is from around 1945, or maybe a bit earlier. This cymbal represents the first and the last. It's the first period where artisan identifier marks were no longer used, and it was the last period in which there was a signature under the bell. This is only the 2nd example of a trans stamp which still has it's signature. Old A's had signatures like old K's, but the type I era was the last time that it was used.

It also has a price written under the bell. This type of information becomes a very valuable tool for dating cymbals. With a dated price list from the 1940's I can zero in on a precise date within the actual era for the type I.
