Good for you. You scored one of the normal bell size pre-war stamps. It's the ones with the 3-1/2" that I don't like. They're tinny sounding.

Thanks for that info about the stamp as well as the bell size. That's something I didn't know about those years of cymbals and now I know what to look for.

This 18" really opens up fast and is quite loud for it's weight. Not much for riding but that's ok I've been looking for one just like it. It's amazing it survived so many years.
