Greetings!
I'm looking for a 15" old marching snare with wood hoops. Brand isn't important. Also, not looking for a show piece. I have a 28" old marching bass that I'd like to use for a show, and to complement it, I would like the old 15" snare.
Please email: kschwallie@hotmail.com to let me know what you have. Pictures and price would be fantastic.
Thanks,
Kevin

How about an early 1900's, 9" X 15" JW York & Sons marcher? Email has been sent. I have other sizes as well.

Another bump. Thanks to the guys who emailed me what they had, very cool drums! I've attached a picture of an example of what I'm looking for. The mahogany finish and maple hoops...other options are negotiable!

I went over to see a friend of mine yesterday that wants to sell some of his vintage drum stuff. He has a couple really nice old Ludwig mahogany marching snare drums.
Let me know if you still are looking. He has a ton of stuff to sell and I can't buy it all!
1971 Ludwig Rock Duo set in Blue Oyster Pearl
early Mapex dual bass drum Saturn kit
1964 Leedy Ray Mosca kit in Blue Sparkle
1959 Slingerland Super Gene Krupa snare in WMP
1968 Slingerland Hollywood Ace Snare Drum
1969 and 1977 Ludwig 400 Supraphonic snares
1965 Acrolite snare
Ludwig Coliseum snare
'68 Rogers Dynasonic snare
Pearl free floating piccolo snare
13" Mapex piccolo snare
6.5" deep Mapex steel snare
Mapex 6.5" Brass snare
I know there's more snares than that.
UFIP cymbals / Avedis Zildjians
Ghost pedals or Tama King Beats
