I have a pair of those same 15" hats. I forget who made this timeline but it's very handy. 58-60 Swiss made nickel-silver NS12. http://www.nf-drums.com/paiste_fanpage_paiste_timeline.htm
The bottoms were heavier than the tops. Not top of the line stuff but nice middle of the road player quality. I like the pair I have very much. In good condition they sell for $100+ a set for the 15".
