15" K Zildjian - what year?

Hi

This came with a mid-50's (I think) 3ply Gretsch kit that arrived today. My best guess is 1949-50 going by what's on page 250 of the Gretsch Drum Book. I'm only looking at how the Star is situated within the moon ....also looking at the writing.

What say you ......cymbal people?

thanks,

Gary

Looks to me like either Type 2b or 3a, but it's hard to tell since the "IN" from "MADE IN TURKEY" isn't really there. Can you share a pic of the stamp from the other cymbal?
