I may have some for you. some of those high tension hoops. I can dig them out and get pics if youre interested. I bought them and realized my drum was 10 lugs..

found them this evening and took a pic. i'm afraid they are not what you need though. these must have been on a marching tenor tom, I would imagine. both hoops are the same. not sure when these were made. they are super heavy. magnet does not stick to them. they are 15 inch 12 lug models. most of the mounting holes have cracks running from the hole to the edge. they are built like a beast though. sorry...if I run across any, i'll give you a shout..
