Sorry, I can't help you as I don't have any extra ones.
Just a thought............
The 1400's are getting harder to find, and even in average condition they command big money. As an alternative, the Tama Classic Stand is really darn close the to the old 1400's. The top tilter piece is literally the same. If you were to swap out the large 8 mm wing screws with something smaller and replace the grooved rubber feet with standard, "normal" rubber feet, you couldn't tell the difference from more than 2 feet away. And the chrome would be new and shiny. Plus, a Tama Classic Stand, brand new in the box, is $60. You'll spend at least that on an average to below average condition 1400, and you would probably have to replace the rubber feet anyway.
Here's a thread I started with a thorough review of the Tama Classic Stand.

As for replacement wing screws, Gibraltar offers these (pictured below) in packs of two, made for the toe clamp on pedals. These would work and look much less bulky. Or if you really want it to look authentic, you can always fill in the threaded holes with JB Weld, re-drill and tap for 1/4" threading and use original Ludwig Mickey Mouse screws, but that is a lot of work, albeit certainly possible.
Just a thought. If you don't care that it's not an "official" Ludwig, but looks just like one, then this may be your best route to go.
