13" 6 hole chrome over steel triple flange vintage Kent tom tom hoops. I know these are Kent's as they are slightly taller and fairly thin, like many other Kents I've seen. Chrome is in good shape, tiny bit of rust on the underside of one hoop (see pic). Should clean up nicely.
