Here is an updated pic of the $10 Ludwig cut-down 1984 tenor field tom snare...
Even cleaned up, it's kinda fugly, but it actually tunes up nice and sounds pretty good. I naturally chose a clear batter head to show off the 49 holes drilled in the shell.
