Looks like that Pin/Rivet on the underside may be a mod of some sort.. If you can pull the pin (so to speak) that may be the answer... Cheers

For 10 bucks and you like 26".. get it and give it a shot... If it's just at one bearing edge? should be repairable... 1/2" out on a 26" is not a huge...
