Pearl did make an 8" Tom with the Export Series.. Highly sought after down here. Just missed one earlier this year when the seller split an 8" & 10".....

I do not know that particular pedal.. But just try a piece of rubber glued to the underside of the clamp.. that may give you some clamping grip..?? Ch...
