Seems to me like T3, T4, T5, T6, have the same lugs as the batter side of the BD. However T1, T2 looks like the tom mounts belong on the other drums...

It is a resin compound... Eg; similar to a Circuit Board, many variations in the formulation "Bakelite" was an early phenolic.. Cheers
