$5000 monster chrome ludwig kit.....story?
COW, 6 ply Ludwig shells. I don't see 5k, but then I would expect that on a Stainless Steel kit from a few years earlier, not a COW.

Taking into account the oval badge, at this distance, I'd be more inclined to say it's Star built, as the rail and badge mean for almost certain pre-7...
