Help me identify this cowbell/accessory mounting system...

I ran across this crazy WFL set on eBay...

I'm not considering buying it or anything, but I'm in love with the cowbell / accessory mounting system that's attached to the bass drum.

I'd love to find something like that for my old 32" bass drum. It'd just look neat.

Current gigging set:
Recent Ludwig Accent 13/16/18/26, (in Silver Sparkle), "updated" 70's Acrolite with cast batter hoop and Trick strainer/butt

Cymbals:
Zildjian K Custom Ride, Dream (Bliss and Contact) crashes and hats, and a Sabian Swish/China.

Other stuff:
60's Ludwig Champagne Sparkle "Traveler's Club Date", under construction. Click Here
70's Acrolite (under RE-construction)
Two 1960's mahogany 32" Ludwig bass drums with Imperial lugs.

Those were THE commonly used railmount consoles. Later, they shortened them and they became "consolettes". That's my theory, anyway! ;)

Yes it's the original rail mount system, and all the companies of the day used them. they are attached permanently to the bass drum, here is a 28" leedy bass drum that I have with one.
