I'm wondering what would be top dollar for a 4 piece brown shelled President kit in red and black pearl wrap 20'13'16 and wood snare would be. Not pristine needs TLC.

Thanks

Tom

Start at 200-250 and see where it goes. If they are rough, that would be a good place to start. All the seller can do is counter. If they are intelligent and know there is a ton of work to be done, then they will negotiate a sale. If, on the other hand he is an ignorant a-hole, then they will think they are worth far more than the real value anyway. In good condition, they could be worth 400 or more, depending on your local market. Here, they are worth 250, tops. Just the local market and what will and will not sell.

Thanks Jonnistix; I don't think I would want to pay more than $200, if that. Not something I need. Just curious about these kind of drums. I would probably not keep them. Anyway, thanks again.

Well, you can always go and make the offer. These are fairly well liked drums. A lot of people love them and in good condition will pay 500 up for them.
