Hello folks, i seem to be having trouble with my throw off and im wondering if its a common problem. After i play a gig or do a few practices it seems that the throw off loosens from inside and can when i pull the throw off the muffle inside doesnt move. Taking my skin off is a hassle so does anyone have a solution to this problem?

On the arm on inside of rod you can always add a locking nut or small locking washer after you take off the nut you have on the part...Mikey
Ah, thats a great idea, i was thinking something like plumbers tape but a washer would be much more ideal. Thanks!
I use a tiny drop of thread locker (Loc-Tite). It works great and comes off easily with a small wrench... never comes off until I want it to come off. It works!
I agree with mspartacus. but be sure no to use permanant loc tite. just in case you realy want to take it apart then you might have a problem
