Vintage ole buddy DW does not make their own shells a subbed out company does under the DW name and rogers at least designed their own hardware ! and it is still copied in one form or another to this day so that argument is lame..

The original purpose was simply to point out I am tired of seeing every act today playing those drums and it would be nice to see other drum companies represented and or even more vintage drums played.. end thread !

The collector series shells are made in Oxnard CA, just like ludwig makes their High end shells,! you know when rogers was around 60's-70's No one of any note used them!! Ludwig's roster was the Who's who of the drum world not rogers! and the shells that rogers used are Keller's, not their own!!Lame Dw has been in Business since 1972 the original owners still own them and they are the force to be reckoned with since the 90's where's rogers now POS drums that's where, everything you stated Dw did I proved to you with pics of my kit, no hanging toms, no rims mounts, no odd sized drums! it seem Custom drum co. is a hard concept for you to grasp! Once again I've never been on a DRUM FORUM where there is a Bias towards an American Drum Company, genuinely it's not humorous

Hey vintage, i am not trying to argue with you i am just stating my point it is you who seems slighted by all of this again I will state I am tired of seeing DW drum on every stage i play on or go to see.. and thats it.. if you like em buddy play em.. I am not telling you to sell them drums...
