Here's something to consider.

Try to "audition" the cymbals before you purchase them.

There are some very expensive cymbals that sound not so good, and some inexpensive ones that sound great.

And, it is up to your ears to determine what sounds good to you.

Putting some "pearls before swine," eh? ;)

I haven't heard the Dream Bliss, but what are you doing with the Istanbul Ks and then on such a tight budget with the rest of them? Those must be some awesome-sounding smaller K's.. And if they are, you probably don't really need any other cheapos stinking up the mix.

You really get what you pay for with cymbals, so be careful. Try to take as many of your regular cymbals along when you "interview" the new one to make sure they'll mesh. If you can't and you're buying from a dealer, try to get a week of grace period to audition the new one at home and/or on a gig.

If they see that you are a serious musician and not some 14-year-old wannabe, even Guitar Center will agree to that. Of course, it's a two-way street: You break, you buy.

Wuhan cymbals aren't for everybody, but to my vintage K-preferring ears they sound very musical. To me they are a bargain. I bought a set of 14" Wuhan hihats for $40 or so off of eBay and I actually like them. That's a shocker! I have a Wuhan 10" that I got for $20 and it's a very useable fast crash.

Overall, most of the cheap cymbals, even from the good companies like Zildjian are downright horrible to my ears. The Wuhans I've heard aren't, they're musical, but trashy and not for all applications. Whether they'd work would depend on what kind of music you're playing and your tastes.

Hm, I'm not sure if getting bigger cymbals will help, so these sound perfect.
