If you don't wish to help, that's OK, but there's no need to call his questions ridiculous. I think it's damn smart of him to come here to try to learn from some cats that have years of experience behind them to draw on for some good answers to his questions.
All are welcome here in my book, there aren't any "minimum knowledge requirements" tests to pass before you can post here.
There's plenty of people that have posted here that aren't drummers at all.... just looking for a value of some inherited drums, and they have been given a warmer welcome than you have afforded this fellow drummer.
Warwormx, you keep on posting your questions... they will be answered, even if you have a funky forum name............:)
