I'd actually like the oakwood kit more, if you wanted to do the other Slingy, I would need a snare thrown in. I'm sure you know a 1969 champagne sparkle Ludwig kit will bring more than any 1971 Slingy, my kit was appraised at, by Tommy Robertson of the Fibes drum company, for $1,700, thanks,

Mark

no offense, but you lead with an unearned swagger. i don't believe the oakwood kit was being discussed. i'm not a candy store. if you wish to have the snare included, just ask. i really could care less about margaret dumont appraising your kit. i know what it's worth to me. thanks.

And I know what your Slingerland kit is worth to me.... keep your Slingys, unless they are wmp they don't have much value.

jringo,

You should have just taken this to a PM. No sense in belittling the Slingys. FYI

mcjnic,

It's probably better that you just kept the Slingys anyway. They would just be up for trade next week anyway.

You're right, they would had been traded and I wasn't "belittling" his Slingy, I just know from experience that they are hard to move unless they are wmp, there's not much of a market for Slingys these days.

All I want is a wmp kit, doesn't anyone have one to trade?
