I agree with d-hack. He's put it down clearly enough. The market has been flooded with cheap Chinese kits (maple, birch, etc) and the market has taken the hit for it. Selling modern kits these days has become tougher due to this. Keep the kit or sell it local or trade it or donate it or eBay it or CL it. Find the direction that fits you. Good luck.

It's not chinese, It's american made.

Is it unreasonable to think it would go for 300$ ?

I mean I simply disagree, just because drums sell cheap

doesn't mean more honestly priced ones don't..

300 buckaroos probably isn't unreasonable. I was giving earlier examples of how I thought 400 dollars was going to be a reach. Kevins auctions are probably right on the money for market value for those drums. Again, good luck with your sale!!

i never said they were chinese.

what i said was, "The market has been flooded with cheap Chinese kits (maple, birch, etc) and the market has taken the hit for it. Selling modern kits these days has become tougher due to this."

it's BECAUSE of of the flood of chinese kits that modern kits are not holding value. these less expensive kits get hammered.

For the record, the PACIFIC in that name directs the inquiry to southern california and northern mexico. this ain't my first dance.
