i'm gonna assume its an avedis Zildjian 20" medium?
i know Joe Morello used zildjians..
but i can't say for sure.
It was a 21" A. This cymbal was only recently retired by Joe who claimed that its 'played out'. (as in worn out)
????!!!! Is that even possible? To actually wear out a cymbal?
I've heard of the changes that occur at a molecular level as a cymbal is played after creation.
But is a point ever reached that it no longer produces a desired sound?
I was always under the impression that cymbals got better as they aged and were played. Never thought it possible that they could get "wrung (rung?) out".

I don't think such a thing actually happens, but some people seem to think so.
Thank you for all your replies! I was hoping it was a 21" (if it really is). I remember my favorite cymbal back in the day was a Zildjian Rock 21. I have been searching for that sound again. This recording comes close. I found a vintage 22" on the other forum that sounds really nice as well.
Keep the thoughts coming.....
Here's one from my collection that I posted before you got here:

They don't make them like this anymore that's for sure.

Oh man Drumaholic! That is one sweet cymbal! Could that be the elusive Rock 21 perhaps? It has that familiar sound. I don't recall the holes in it though.
