The English Logo was always horizontal as Ian says except for on the English Dyna. They used one of the "pirate type" logos from the late 50s which they added an underscore to. This may have been to strengthen the casting of the logo as it was made in very brittle aluminium alloy and chrome plated. This didn't help, they still broke off.
The underscore is usually a little longer like below

The English Dyna shell was made in UK by Ajax of course and they used the same one for the B&B and Beavertail drums.

The 7 lines are far less distinct than on either of the US Dyna shells.
Both the damper and logo are very difficult to find.

A bloke in the UK is taking orders for a production run to laser cut logos in copper and then chrome plate them. He has one of mine to copy.
I also know that there was a guy in the US who had a damper for sale. I will try and mail you both of there contact details.
