I don't think I've come across too many companies that sent up as many red flags as Repercussions has, they might hold the record.

Well......this is the latest ebay listing I found from "repercussions". Yes the old ebay store is closed, but it appears it has been reopened using a new account. I think it is Cherie's former (?) partner......there is a blurb at the end of the listing that kind of explains what has been going on with repercussions.

Just talked with Cherie at the CT Show two or three weeks ago. Jes handles all of her online sales now but otherwise things are run pretty much like they have been. Not much else has changed as she tells it. She just wanted more time to do other things such as hosting another drum expo like she put on a few years back.

had the same problem with this seller on ebay.buyer beware.only 3 negative feedbacks for this seller is surprising.by the sounds of it there should be more.

Just a bump.

For what it's worth, I was able to get this situation resolved finally. It took a while and a lot of emails and phone calls, but I must say that I'm satisfied. Ms. Willoughby didn't have the item that I ordered but offered me either a refund or credit which I ended up using for some other items I was in need of. She was very apologetic and went beyond her obligation in order to make up for the wait.

Seems that she's going through a period of change in her business now which includes taking on some help in order to keep up better. Hopefully these kinds of issues won't be an issue anymore.
