Could a "no longer a registered user"bid on some of my auctions??What would make them an "no longer a registered user"? You see they won a few of my auctions on the 11th but have not paid should i relisted the parts ??Mikey

They probably were a registered user when they bid, but either Ebay suspended their account or they closed their account during your auctions or shortly after they won them. Either way I would open a case with ebay for non-payment. You should be able to get your listing fees back, then I would relist them.

Only thing that sucks is the Mandatory wait time before opening a claim!!

Mikey,

If you sent them a invoice, do it again with a firm note telling them this is the last invoice before you file a non-paying bidder or "unpaid item" case as Ebay calls it. You can do that after 4 days of closing.

Unfortunately, Ebay is becoming a bit one-sided with buyers, which was good for me last week, but in other cases, it's making it tougher.

I suggest you put in writing on all your auctions what you expect from the buyer, payment, shipping, insurance and most of all payment and what happens when you don't pay.

I agree, they were probably a registered user, then dropped out for whatever reason after the auction.

If you need a guideline, I could send you something tonight.

MIKEY, I'm not sure that they're telling you the whole truth. Someone tried to get into my P/P acct. too and I just called P/P and got a rep to resolve the whole thing right then and there with me without ever having to close my acct.
