The screw that mounts the lug onto the Drum. It's looks like a regular screw but threaded different! Fine threaded?
Metric sized and threaded, possibly? (Being that this is the forum for "non-USA" drums and all...)
If you take the lug to a good hardware store with a big fastener selection, you should be able to find something that fits the diameter and thread pitch. I've found a few local hardware stores that probably have double or triple the screw/nut/bolt selection you'd find at your typical consumer-oriented home improvement store like Lowe's or Home Depot.

Take a pic and post it. if I have the right one, I will send you one. I have found that Harbor Freight has a variety pack that usaually has one or two that will work.
Ace Hardware stores most likely would have that screw. Just take the lug to the store.
I been to every hardware store in my area... Ace Hardware, Menards, Ma and Pa Stores don't have it. I got a guy at a music store thats going to look at some of his junk parts.

So you need only one screw for the lug--I have them alot more than one these are odd size metric i have them that would match the ones you have the ones i have came on the lugs ones i have are new old stock from the 60s..Mikey
