This works;You just plugged some holes left behind by some idiot and now you cant find a close match.Its just a touch up so what do you do?

There are sparkle nail polishes available now that the young girls,and sadly some guys,are wearing these days.There are dozens of colors available and for only 5 bucks a bottle,you can touch up up those plugs,and no one needs to ever knowCool1
