they look very similar to these too. http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=11468

Notice how the wraps have faded to the same fetching brown colour. If you turn the bass drum upside down it may show you the original colour which is a very close copy of Ludwig blue oyster pearl.

Well, nice drums! If you are having trouble tuning them, let's get some pix and get them shells worked!

You and me both....there is a nice 14" 3 ply floor tom on ebay, but the seller is kind of slimy, and is WAAAAYYYYover priced on it. The wrap is different, but the shell is in perfect condition, and is, between you and me, one of the best kept secrets in MIJ lore. The name is Majestic Semi-Pro. I know this shell because I have one. Do not be fooled by the sellers BS. It is pOOder2, one of the most vile on the bay. She keeps it posted at 150, but the truth is, the tom is worth no moer than 50 plus real shipping. And the color would actually go well with yours, as it is a greenish type of wrap that is stratified, not like the BOP but still the color would be a good matching type of color to get the sound you are looking for, but it may not sonically match. Still, having a 3 ply MIJ floor tom....man it rocks! If you feel lucky, go on there, find her and see if it is listed. If it is not, email her and make her a FIRM offer. Do not let her BS you, she is a vile and slithery person. If it is listed, watch until it drops off, then make her the offer. I would not pay more than 50 plus about 20 for shipping, or no mare than a TOTAL of 75. That would make it worth it.

Mikey777 will have one of these, no doubt. Take measurements of the hole spacing and email him. His email address is located in his profile. If you click on his name in a post somewhere, you will see the options to get in touch, he prefers email. And be patient, he sells a ton of parts, so it can take time.
