Do you need the wing bolt and the eye screw?

That particular model did not have an eye. It was just a simple screw that applied pressure to the l-rod. That's why they replaced it with the eye. It had a tendency to slip.

Yep, Just the wing screw/bolt. These seem to NEVER come up by themselves!!
