Oddball Ludwig Snare

Ok, I'm new here. I really don't know that much about vintage drums but I am learning. I joined because i found an interesting snare and I was wondering if anyone could give me info on it. It has blue/olive badges with rounded edges. It has the throw-off of what looks like a vistalite. It is a ten lug pattern like a supraphonic but has the lugs of an Acrolite and a raised middle seem like an acrolite. The shell is made of lud-alloy. It is also chrome with a seven digit serial number.
