Gretsch, Dual Purpose tom holder

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a Gretsch, Dual Purpose tom tom holder (Model # 4937) ? This piece of hardware is part of a 1977 Gretsch Jazz Rock set. I have attached pictures of the set and the tom holder. The tom holder holds two toms and slides into the top of the bass drum. Also, does anyone know what this set is worth? It consists of the following:

12,13,14 and 15 mounted toms (concert)

16 floor tom

two 22 bass drums

snare is missing

Never mind on the Dual Purpose tom holder, I had it repaired. Still like to know the value of the set though.

Unfortunately, I do not have the snare. It was part of an insurance settlement from a flooded basement, (long story).
