I just went and found a micro sens strainer in my parts. Well the darn thing is complete but the part/mount plate you are needing.

You can always retap the one you have and then change the threaded rod in the tension knob to accomodate the new threads in the mount plate. Just some food for thought as I just finished doing this with a Gretsch lightening adjustable butt. It works just like new.

Yes - for $335 - I made some offers - no go. I've already spent $240 on the one I have now.....bought it on eBay a few months ago - it doesn't work right now. This is getting a little excessive though - 335 haha. Before I know it I'd have spent $1k on a micro snare switch! The good thing is that if I ever sell these drums I would be considering all the money I spent on these darn switches.

And - other than the high price - they're not that great of a switch - IMO. Oh yes - and did I mention that they're "very sensitive."

Maybe that's really where they got the nameSoap Box

I do like my drums though...........I can see spending 1 or 2 hundred for one of these switches, but $300+.........??

I guess if you have lots of money - price does not enter into it.
