Got this snare with my Prem-EE-Yay kit, been reskinned, no badge, but its not Premier, obviously.
Black hardware, black chrome rims. Any ideas? THANX, H.

To me the lugs look Pearl newer ones or some copys of them..if you can post a photo of the strainer that will help...Mikey
Those are def some MIJ lugs off of a beaded metal shell, and it looks like it is a custom built no badge, gathered all the parts himself from the junk pile and rescued a tom and turned into a snare.....drum. Whew, sound good to you?
Good info Gents, thanx for the replies. As for the "grabbed-a-tom-and-turned-it-into-a-snare" theory, maybe so, but unlikely. The lugs look like they are probably original to the shell as there are no extra holes in the shell. The throw-off is mounted on original holes too. Only hardware not matching is the mount for the "other" end of the snare wires. Again, no extra holes anywhere so the odds of some parts off another snare just happening to fit are remote. No marking inside the shell, here's more images.... Again, THANX for the assist.

Those are not from a metal shell. That's a bridged lug, most likely Pearl (as has already been stated) and of a decent quality. Not to imply anything about value. Just that the lugs are cool.

Like THESE?
I put this on the Pearl forum and immediately got info on the Drum Factory which sells ALL these parts. No, didn't come from the junkpile. Yes, was built outa parts and pieces, even if they were new ones!
THANX for the interest and replies Gents. H.
That is a really nice shell, BTW. I have seen these lugs on more beaded metal shells than wood shells, but they work as a "minimal contact" lug for that final little bit of resonance wrung from the shell. Love that veneer.
