What are the knurled wheels above the lugs? Are they brass?

Those two serial numbers are the only ones they used for like 3 years...flower

just kidding. What universe is the one you live in where you constantly find these treasures? And the very next number on an identical snare? Thor is our patron Saint, right? And now I think I am going to have to build a small shrine in the drum room for him and offer up some virgins...or old Pearl shells.

That's amazing! Last year Dave's Drums had two 6.5" wood Powertones, one silver sparkle and one red sparkle, that were one serial number apart.
