So, I got an email stating the drum is not brass, but a couple of members have stated that it is, and several have not said brass or not. I have arrived at the end of my usual short road to confusion.

I'm interested in knowing in order to increase my knowledge.

So which is it, please?

This is not a brass shell. It is an Acrolite and they are all aluminum/Ludalloy

They thought this because someone stated it had a "B" stamp......what they didn't figure on was it was an INK stamp on the INSIDE of the shell.....

Yeah, I see that now. I know the brass Supra's had the "B" stamped on the outside, over the strainer, correct? Or next to the vent? Somewhere out there.....
