Yeah, that part is cool. I got the hats from a MusicGoRound out of state so I took a chance but it paid off. When I called about them the kid who answered didn't know what I meant when I said black label. When I told him it was the color of the ink he said oh I think that means they are older as if it was a bad thing. They had them priced very low because they thought they were less desirable do to there age and being dirty etc. Thats my theory anyways.

we had one in charlotte nc and GC put em out of business they opened up right across the street from, music go round i knew the manager well, and it is a great place to find this old stuff, their wed site isn't bad go on it! yeah with the young cats they think if it look old or isn't the latest or greatest who wants it, US!!

I have repelled this black label bug for many years but i just do not know if i could quit playing my 65newbeats 15 inch been plaing them for 44 years .. LOL

I have a set of 14" new beats and to me they will give the Paiste black labels a run for their money any day. I like them both but this Paiste bug is fun!!!
