Vintage guitars and amps here too (as well as not so vintage guitars and amps). I'll post a bigger list at some point, but one of my favorite guitars is a 1933 Martin C-1 Archtop acoustic and my favorite amp is a late 50's/early 60's Vega combo amp which just has a killer classic rock sound when you turn the volume up to "11"!!

I'm into the oddball stuff - Vega, Premier, Kalamazoo, etc... not the usual Fender/Gibson stuff.

Well call me crazy but my wife's family was (is) really in to country farm antique auctions and estate sales... so I go along being the good son in law. :)

I noticed these old cornware dishes kept showing up... the butt ugliest dishes ever made... so I started collecting them.

Shawnee Cornware, so ugly it's beautiful... hey I resemble that remark. :D

I like the "what else" part of the question. Oh, you mean besides human heads and women's shoes? Maybe undetonated homemade bombs?

Like cletus (awreetus?) I have some Hot Wheels and other metal cars (Corgi's and Dinky's please), a bunch of pocketknives and a few old tools. I've got a lot of LP's and tons of car books and magazines (GM full size RWD V8's only!).

I get a kick out of eBay searches for Heathkit unbuilt or unassembled stuff. Talk about a time capsule - NOS stuff that was never put together. In another life I'd like to collect some stuff like that.

Hey! I used to collect those as a kid and I stored them in a mattel carrying case -but not a Hot Wheels case (dang). But I have probably 20 good redline cars from 1968-69. There may even be one thats a '67, but I can't remember. I may go up and dig that case out of the blanket chest and see them. Man, I used to love those things as a kid I played with the track and had a Super Charger station that was like two spinning brushes that would fling the cars out when they went into it! But, I'm glad that thing broke because it would have worn the paint off the sides of the cars!

I sold a few of my junky ones on EBay a few years ago. I am keeping the rest of them. I think it's the pink cars that are valuable now -because it wasn't a popular color with the boys. In my small town, when the Lee Store would get new toys, I would go in to so which new Hot Wheels they would get. One time, all the new cars were that hot pink color. I couldn't help it! I was ready to buy! I nabbed a Mustang in hot pink and a one.

I don't collect them anymore, but they are really cool little cars and they keep me connected to the memories of those days, so I keep them. Sometimes, just seeing the color of them propels me back into the late 60's. *sigh*Burger Kin
