Mikey. if you are able to ship it in a flat rate box, but your sale does state 1st class international mail that may give you a leg to stand on, but he can leave negative feedback on you, and you can't on him, also as this is a binding legal contract, he has full recourse and feebay will possibly side with him, I have been in your same shoes and it sucks, hey here's a suggestion deal with only english speaking countries, they seem to understand better, man i feel your pain, good luck, mark Hmmmm

Ebay is full of jerk buyers and the stupid feedback policy changes have empowered them to be idiots and extort sellers for whatever terms they want to try to force on you ... you are at the buyers mercy.

Follow the golden rule... treat the buyer the way you would want to be treated. If you do that and he still hits you with negative feedback... well... it will clear in a year.

Not a Guru... just interested..

If you have it listed as Priority Mail Int'l (which is the cheapest service to use and get insurance) for overseas, they agree to everything that is said. I put a disclaimer on my auction that says basically if you agree to bid and win, you agree to the shipping listed. Period. Tell him that's what's listed and if he doesn't pay as you listed, you will report him to Ebay for being fraudulent, take a chance. If you listed the shipping as such, and he willingly bid on it, they have no leg to stand on.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

Jim, and backbeat keeper, you are both correct, and I think we all agree feebay SUCKS!!!!, the one sided feedback system does empower the buyer, lets of course try to use this VDF as much as possible,,

Here's a link to an item I'm selling. Although it's very long to read the rest of the auction...it helps with the troublemakers....
