A question - There´s no papertags in the drums, but I know

it´s 6 ply. Can it be a "pre paper tag"?

Beautiful kit & the finish is one of my favorites!

Your drums are the same sizes as mine! I picked a 58 kit up a few months ago. They needed a lot of work but I'm playing them now. Mine are 3ply - except for the floor - it's 6.

Those are sweet drums man! Group Hug haha

Yes - Gretsch switched from 3ply to 6ply in 1958 and added the Silver Sealer at that time as well.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about the paper tag date but I seem to remember reading they started in 1962.
