Identify Slingerland

Dear all,

My son recently bought a very interesting and nice sounding Slingerland snare drum (see attached pictures). Can you please help to get some more information? What series is this, a standard or specia? What is approx. the date of manufacture? I have checked the thread on de DOM for Slingerland drums, but I am still not sure about the date.

Lots of post factory additions.  The badge is incorrect, the Slingerland script above the badge and other decorations are not original.  Some pictures of the interior and throw off could help narrow the date.  What can be seen suggests mid 70's to 80's.
