Nice looking kit. Those lugs are pressed brass and prone to cracking, which several of the lugs apear to be cracked. So go easy on the head tension. The batter side hoop isn't original but will work just fine. You will have to drill the bass drum shell to install a Swivo mount so that is something that you should really think about. Being that it is a single lug bass drum, you won't be able to put the mount where Rogers usually would mount it which would be right where that center lug is so it might be hard to get the tom where you want it because the mount will need to be a inch or two to the left or to the right of where it normally would be.  If it were me, I will play around with a snare stand to see if that works for you before considering drilling the bass drum.
