As far as I know, they use standard Remo drum heads.
My Arbiter Flats snare drum is still with the original heads, with the Arbiter logo on top and the Remo logo at the bottom. So the Remos should work!

It's the Toms I'm looking for. Apparently they were Remo Asia heads. When I do a search, it appears that the Remo pinstripes won't quite tune properly.
The Remo Asia heads should be pretty much the same as US made Remos other than where they are made. I suspect the Arbiter tuning system doesn't deal well with two ply heads. The tuning system, while good on paper, wasn't the greatest in practice.
In this video there are Evans, Remo and Craviotto branded heads which are made by Remo or Evans, on the two drum sets so there is nothing special about the heads so anything should fit. Whether the Arbiter tuning system plays well with thicker two ply heads, I don't know.4
I'm with Thin Shell. I have two Arbiter "Pro" kits and one "Lite" kit and have used standard heads for replacement in the past. I can't say whether a two ply head might cause an issue. I've always triggered these when gigging and so always replaced using standard basic heads. I haven't ever had a tuning issue.
