I just replied to the Alex Van Halen thread and there is no option to add a URL to the post so the link doesn't work if you click on it in the finished post. I don't see it here either. Chrome browser on current version of ChromeOS.

Much of the user features will be implented soon. That shoud cover the URL Link and an Image Link as well.
